Perform Site pre-inspections and post-construction audits.
•
Perform Site verification and visual inspection of construction quality of
site upgrades.
•
Prepare regular interval progress reports as required for each project
•
Provide accurate status information on the progress to market leads.

Provide technical assistance to the Service Providers and any other
suppliers that provide services associated with the Tower top activities
(antennas/radios/microwaves), Civil Works activities and logistics (crane
and equipment delivery).
•
Reject deliveries of incorrect material and monitor shipments to insure all
appropriate materials are being shipped.
•
Report poor performance by Service Providers and work with Service
Providers to improve performance and work quality.
•
Responsible for the proper interpretation and compliance of the civil
design plans.
•
Supervise, coordinate, monitor and work with the Service Providers and
other disciplines that have an interface with the Civil Work part of the
project.
•
Demonstrate Team leadership focusing on quality and results.
•
Maintain and update construction-specific areas of Project Reporting Tool
Ericsson Site Handler including but not limited to
the following:
• SOW and preconstruction documents (NTP, SOW, RFDS,
safety guidance, QA standards, etc.).
• NTP receipt verification.
• RFDS submission review and changes.
• Civil acceptance documents, submission receipt,
review and approval.
• Daily Service Provider progress verification.
• Close out document review and acceptance sign off.
